Job summary

TEEMA seeks a Senior Integration Engineer / Technical Consultant – Atlassian to solve complex infrastructure, integration, and migration challenges across enterprise environments. You will design, build, and validate enterprise integrations, write scripts, and develop custom tools when standard solutions fall short.

You will directly engage clients to translate technical issues into clear recommendations. You will work across the full engagement lifecycle—from assessments and solution design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated client-facing technical consulting experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or comparable languages.
• Strong experience building, consuming, and debugging REST APIs; GraphQL desirable.
• Strong SQL skills across relational databases.
• Hands-on Linux and Windows systems administration experience.
• Experience with SSH and infrastructure troubleshooting in hybrid/cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience administering Jira, Confluence, and/or Jira Service Management.
• Ability to explain complex technical decisions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and troubleshoot enterprise integrations.
• Identify and resolve blockers during migrations and modernization initiatives.
• Reverse-engineer workflows, configurations, automations, and integrations for rebuilding or retiring components.
• Develop custom tooling, scripts, and integrations when native/vendor solutions fall short.
• Own technical solutions from problem identification through implementation and validation.
• Lead client discussions and translate technical risks into clear recommendations.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to internal methodologies and accelerators.
