Oxalis Solutions LLC is seeking a Sr. Atlassian Technical Consultant to lead complex migrations and build custom automation where off-the-shelf tools fall short.

This full-time hybrid role focuses on enterprise Atlassian migrations, including pre-migration assessment, cutover planning, and post-migration stabilization. You'll work across Windows and Linux environments, write automation in Python/PowerShell/Bash, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable, secure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 7+ years in enterprise environments, including 3+ years in client-facing consulting.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows systems administration with SSH and remote infrastructure experience.
• Working experience with REST and GraphQL APIs and strong SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical execution across migration phases including pre-migration assessment and post-cutover stabilization.
• Infrastructure engineering for Windows and Linux environments.
• Scripting and automation to support migration validation and data cleanup.
• Data validation and integration work including webhooks, OAuth, and event-driven patterns.
• Designing phased migrations, test migrations, cutover strategies, and rollback plans.
