Job summary

Isos Technology is seeking a dynamic Technical Consultant (Engineer) to work directly with clients for effective deployment of Atlassian products and services. You will act as a subject matter expert on Atlassian tooling and lead architecture, DevOps, and delivery efforts across on-premises and cloud environments.

The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams and clients, mentoring peers, and continuous improvement of delivery processes to maximize client value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical operational environment.
• Experience configuring and scripting for various operating systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems with multiple components.
• Experience with authentication/directory services like LDAP, Crowd, OAuth, and SAML.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Atlassian SME; advise on products, technologies, and best practices.
• Provide advanced Jira/Confluence/Bamboo support and automation scripting.
• Design and deploy highly available Atlassian environments (Linux/Windows).
• Configure and tune relational databases and integrate with auth/directories.
• Develop standardized processes; coach and mentor teammates.
• Engage with clients to identify needs and craft strategic roadmaps.
