Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking an Senior Integration Engineer / Technical Consultant to lead complex Atlassian migrations and integrations. You’ll develop custom tooling, work across Windows and Linux environments, and translate technical decisions for executives.

You’ll design and implement REST/GraphQL integrations, automate migrations, and guide clients through modernization while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong hands-on enterprise engineering experience.
• Demonstrated client-facing technical consulting experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or comparable languages.
• Strong experience building, consuming, and debugging REST APIs; GraphQL desirable.
• Strong SQL skills across PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, or Oracle.
• Linux and Windows systems administration experience; SSH and remote diagnostics.
• Experience administering Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management; Atlassian tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and troubleshoot enterprise integrations.
• Identify and resolve blockers through complex migration and modernization initiatives.
• Reverse-engineer workflows, configurations, and integrations to determine rebuilds.
• Develop custom tooling, scripts, and integrations when needed.
• Own technical solutions from problem identification through validation.
• Develop production-quality tooling and automation for ETL and migrations.
• Build, consume, test, and troubleshoot REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Design or replace integrations during cloud migration efforts.
• Lead technical discussions with client teams; translate decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales discovery, migration assessments, estimates, and proposals.
