ServiceRocket is seeking an experienced Atlassian Consultant to design and implement high-quality solutions across the Atlassian suite. You will lead customer discussions, translate requirements into actionable plans, and guide teams through implementation, adoption, and scaling of services.

The role emphasizes strong consulting, problem-solving, and communication skills, with agile and cloud knowledge. Hybrid/remote options apply, with a focus on enterprise client delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience as an Atlassian Consultant, Atlassian Administrator, Jira Administrator, or similar.
• Experience implementing Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.).
• Strong consulting and influencing skills with customer engagement experience.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions including architectural system design.
• Facilitate customer discussions to discover key business and technical requirements and create implementation plans.
• Provide guidance and recommendations based on best practices to customers.
• Support rollout, adoption, and scaling of solutions for customers.
• Manage engagements with scheduling, coordination, and customer relationship enhancement.
• Contribute as a senior technical resource and advisor on internal tools and processes.
• Engage with potential customers on sales calls as a technical consultant.
