ServiceRocket in Palo Alto is seeking a curious graduate to join our Service Delivery team and learn by doing. You will build high-quality solutions, collaborate with solution architects, and deliver value to customers across the Atlassian ecosystem.

You will gain hands-on experience in outsourcing, systems integration, and proprietary tooling while working with cross‑functional delivery teams guiding enterprise clients from scoping to outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar; no professional experience required for grads.
• Customer-first mindset and strong problem-solving instincts.
• Willingness to learn our tech stack and contribute to real customer problems.
• Ability to write clean code and tests; comfortable with Python and Bash.
• Strong time-management and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality solutions with scoped project deliverables.
• Collaborate with solution architects to interpret technical scope.
• Deliver features and fixes that exceed customer expectations.
• Help improve the delivery process with retrospectives and new ideas.
