Job summary

ServiceRocket in the United States seeks a Delivery Architect to define roadmaps and lead enterprise Atlassian deployments across COEs. You own the vision, align solutions with clients, and orchestrate specialists to deliver scalable outcomes.

You will work with Account Managers, Technical Program Managers, and Technical Leads to keep the architecture true to the plan while driving AI, analytics, and cloud migrations for large organizations.

Qualifications

8+ years in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or delivery leadership with real delivery grounding.
Shaping and directing complex, multi-workstream engagements with program-management collaboration.
Experience guiding customers through major technology and process change, including change-management.
Mentoring consultants or architects and knowing when to bring in deep specialists.
Delivery of enterprise Atlassian solutions with security and governance at scale.

Responsibilities

Set the architectural vision and roadmap for COEs and managed engagements.
Maintain architectural continuity across the engagement lifecycle and handoffs.
Serve as the architecture authority for customers and internal teams.
Identify and bring in deep specialists (ESM, migration, asset management) as needed.
Shape transition from sales to delivery, align milestones and staffing, and govern governance.
Collaborate with the Technical Program Manager and Technical Lead to keep delivery aligned with strategy.
Provide technical input for Statements of Work and feasibility checks.
