Job summary

ServiceRocket is a global tech-enabled services company seeking a Delivery Architect to set the architectural vision for enterprise accounts migrating to the cloud and adopting AI across the Atlassian System of Work. You will own the roadmap, shape the solution, and ensure coherence across engagements with a four‑seat COE team.

Bring breadth across the Atlassian platform and the ability to lead complex, multi‑workstream engagements.

Qualifications

8+ years in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or delivery leadership.
Proven ability to direct multi‑workstream engagements with program management.
Experience guiding customers through technology and process change.
Mentoring consultants or architects and bringing in deep specialists as needed.
Experience delivering enterprise Atlassian solutions with security and governance.

Responsibilities

Set architectural vision and roadmap for Centers of Excellence (COEs) and manage continuity across engagement lifecycles.
Collaborate with Account Manager, Technical Lead, and TPM; review key decisions and maintain design coherence.
Lead solution design, contribute to SOW content, and assess feasibility with delivery readiness checks.
Identify deep specialists for engagements and guide or provide depth where needed.
Advise on change management and strategic deployment of platforms and processes.
