Job summary

Valiantys is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to deliver technical projects, administer and configure the Atlassian suite, and formulate recommendations addressing client needs with deep Atlassian expertise.

You will bridge business solution needs with technical execution, lead discovery, design architectures, and own technical delivery on projects, including Jira and Confluence server setups and cloud migrations. Remote-friendly, global client base.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of ITSM, Agile, or digital transformation consulting.
• Strong experience with Atlassian tools (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket; Jira Align a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide consultants in implementing technological solutions.
• Define and document technical architecture, approach, and presentation.
• Designs and configures the system and builds integrations/customizations.
• Responsible for installation and configuration of Jira and Confluence server from scratch on Linux.
• Lead technical delivery on projects and ensure alignment with Solutions Team strategy.
