Job summary

N26 in Berlin is seeking a Senior Atlassian Consultant to optimize how the organization collaborates across Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. You will translate business goals into scalable technical architectures and own end-to-end delivery of Atlassian initiatives.

You will mentor teams, extend Jira with Groovy scripting, Atlassian APIs, and custom workflows while navigating a regulated banking context and supporting a global rollout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Jira, JSM and Confluence administration in enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate high-level goals into scalable Atlassian architectures.
• Experience in regulated financial services context preferred.
• Proficient in JQL, Automations, Atlassian APIs, Assets, and Scriptrunner (Groovy).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; fluent English.
