Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Staff/Senior Engineer to shape the future of AI/ML hardware acceleration, driving TPU technology and custom silicon solutions powering AI workloads. You will verify complex digital designs with a focus on TPU integration in AI/ML-driven systems, influencing test coverage and quality standards across teams.

You will define the strategy for comprehensive ATE test solutions in high-volume manufacturing, own end-to-end silicon test life-cycle, and partner with design/DFT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in EE/CE/CS.
• 10+ years in test engineering, product engineering, or silicon quality/reliability.
• Experience in ASIC/SoC test development, bring-up or debug.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive silicon test strategies and end-to-end ATE solutions for high-volume manufacturing.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to integrate SoC testables and ensure design-for-testability.
• Mentor teams to improve test coverage, yields, and defect analysis.
