Job summary

Etherio is seeking a Sr. Association Manager in a finance‑focused role to engage with members on a variety of issues, support invoicing workflows, and manage large data mapping projects.

Hybrid work arrangement in the US, with preferred DC location; occasional onsite at client and event locations. The role requires advanced Excel, strong financial acumen, data analysis skills, and experience with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); including ability to present and speak in public.
• Advanced Excel skills with a wide variety of functions/formulas for data analysis and transformation.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Exceptional data analysis and analytical skills.
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in Salesforce preferred.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple projects.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and resourceful under pressure.
• Ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
• Outstanding customer service and ability to work with members in person, on the phone and electronically.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual invoicing process – data acquisition and mapping, coordinating with portal developer/vendor, trouble shooting, working with individual members.
• Develop fee estimates and invoices for new members.
• Participate on calls/respond to emails as needed to answer questions related to invoicing/cost allocation.
• Manage self-reporting/self-reported data.
• Process incoming payments in Salesforce & provide necessary reports, as required.
• Coordinate payment processing and posting with Etherio Accounting.
• Track/follow-up with unpaid members
• Track/follow-up with payment plan members.
• Generate payment plan invoices in Salesforce
• Revise invoices in Salesforce as needed.
• Prepare monthly cash receipts reconciliations
• Manage/Support ad hoc invoicing and finance projects.
