Etherio is seeking a Sr. Event Coordinator to join a mixed on-site/remote team focused on delivering exceptional meeting experiences. You’ll support registration, budgeting, supplier coordination, and on-site logistics for multiple clients and events.

The role requires organization, communication, and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders while ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with PCI policies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in hospitality, events, or related field.
• 1–2 years of hospitality or meeting planning experience preferred.
• Experience with data management or registration platforms (Cvent, Stova/Aventri, or similar).

Mansioni

• Coordinate and execute registration activities across multiple events.
• Develop client/meeting timelines with input from project leads.
• Maintain timelines and action items; prepare and distribute agendas/minutes.
