Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Global Transaction Management Leader to oversee the Transaction Management capability. You will develop multi-year transaction roadmaps for office, manufacturing, and flex space portfolios and guide senior-level negotiations.

You will mentor Transaction Managers across geographies, establish execution standards, and collaborate with IPS, Occupancy Planning, and Project Management teams to drive value creation in a decentralized environment.

Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE: 10-12+ years commercial real estate transaction management across multiple markets.
• TECHNICAL EXPERTISE: lease structures, sale-leasebacks, and portfolio optimization.
• LEADERSHIP & COMMUNICATION: influence senior stakeholders and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop transaction strategies aligned with portfolio objectives and client goals.
• Lead complex, high-value transactions including lease negotiations and sale agreements.
• Mentor Transaction Managers across geographies and elevate process standards.
• Collaborate with IPS, Occupancy Planning and Project Management teams.
• Provide market insights to support strategic planning and client objectives.
