Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the US is seeking a Senior Associate-Consultant to support and execute operational projects within the Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice.

You will assist with project delivery across sectors, developing and executing strategies for transactions, including pre- and post-deal work. A commercial mindset and strong analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months exp.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Aptitude for both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt to new challenges.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills; ability to build relationships.
