Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice seeks a Senior Associate-Consultant to support and execute operationally focused projects across sectors. You’ll help develop and implement strategies for transactions, including pre-deal and post-deal engagements like integration planning, with a commercial mindset and strong analytical acumen.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months of related work experience.
MBA is preferred.
Management consulting experience.
Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Ability to prioritize effectively on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships.
Experience with at least two IT skillsets among listed domains.
Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary.
