Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Business Development team. You will own a portfolio of high-impact partnerships, drive complex deal execution from first conversation through launch, and collaborate with product and business leaders as priorities evolve.

You will shape strategy, structure agreements, and manage the full lifecycle with cross-functional teams, leveraging data to drive decisions and ensuring risks are managed in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic, deal-oriented roles with experience closing complex commercial agreements.
• Experience identifying partnership opportunities and building commercial frameworks.
• Ability to use data to assess partnership performance and influence decisions.
• Experience coordinating across legal, product, and finance teams.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage a portfolio of partnerships end-to-end, driving execution and milestones.
• Shape partnership strategy and co-create commercial frameworks with Product, Engineering and Business leaders.
• Source, structure, and negotiate complex commercial agreements from outreach to close.
• Track metrics, flag risks, and coordinate cross-functional resolution across teams.
• Lead partnership launches with cross-functional coordination from contract to go-live.
