Job summary

Tharp Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead to drive ITSM, ITOM, or IRM implementations. You will plan and execute workstreams, run client workshops, and coordinate on-shore and off-shore teams in an agile delivery model.

You will evaluate platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions while ensuring standards and producing stakeholder reports. Travel as needed and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years managing large enterprise systems, with at least three years directly managing ServiceNow, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and IRM.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with at least one full ServiceNow implementation and holding relevant certifications such as CSA and others like CIS-ITSM, Discovery, or Risk & Compliance.
• Proficiency in customizing workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript on ServiceNow.
• Strong leadership skills to manage teams in agile projects and excellent communication skills for client engagement and reporting.
