Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow specialist in New York to guide enterprise-level implementations across ITSM, ITOM, or IRM domains. You will lead planning and execution, translating client needs into technical requirements and coordinating both on-shore and off-shore teams in an Agile environment.

The role requires strong experience with ServiceNow, JavaScript workflow customization, and relevant certifications (CSA, ITSM/Discovery/Risk).

Qualifications
