IQ-EQ in San Francisco seeks a diligent accounting professional to support private equity clients. You will assist, perform, and review financial tasks, prepare journal entries, fee and interest calculations, investor notices, and waterfall models.

You will collaborate with the team, manage audits and year-end processes, onboard new members, and suggest improvements for operational efficiency. The role requires a bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with a minimum 3.0 GPA and 3+ years in private

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 3+ years of experience in Private Equity or a related industry.
• Strong accounting knowledge and proficiency with financial tools.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Investran.
• Excellent client service and professional communication; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support client leads across multiple Private Equity funds and diverse industries.
• Collaborate with manager, team and support functions to meet client deliverables on time.
• Apply understanding of limited partnership agreements to financial reporting, allocations, and compliance.
• Prepare and review key financial tasks including journal entries, fee/interest calculations, investor notices, and waterfall models.
• Manage audits, year-end processes, onboarding new team members, and suggest improvements for efficiency.
