Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a qualified accounting professional with Private Equity experience to support client leads across multiple funds. You will collaborate with the team to ensure timely deliverables, apply LP agreement knowledge to reporting and allocations, and handle tasks from journal entries to waterfall models.

The role emphasizes strong client service, communication, and teamwork, with a hybrid work schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 3.0 GPA.
• 3+ years of experience in Private Equity or related industry.
• Strong accounting knowledge; proficient in QuickBooks, MS Outlook, Excel, Word; Investran preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support IQ-EQ client leads across multiple Private Equity funds.
• Collaborate with manager and team to meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Apply understanding of limited partnership agreements to financial reporting, allocations, and compliance.
• Prepare and review journal entries, fee and interest calculations, investor notices and waterfall models.
• Manage audits, year-end processes, onboarding new team members, and suggest improvements for efficiency.
