Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 3+ years of experience in Private Equity or related industry.
• Strong accounting knowledge and software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support client leads across Private Equity funds.
• Collaborate with manager, team and support functions to meet deliverables.
• Apply understanding of LP agreements to financial reporting, allocations and compliance.
• Prepare and review journal entries, fee/interest calculations, investor notices, waterfall models.
• Assist audits, year-end processes, onboarding new team members, and process improvements.
