Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Senior Associate in Fund Administration to support private equity and hedge fund clients, delivering accurate financial reporting, allocations, and compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic, global firm.

The role emphasizes strong accounting fundamentals, proficiency with QuickBooks and MS Office, and the ability to work overtime when needed while maintaining high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum 3.0 GPA and over 3 years of experience in Private Equity or related industry.
• Strong accounting knowledge with proficiency in QuickBooks, Outlook, Excel, Word, and ideally Investran.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service with professional communication in all interactions.
• Team-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed and produce high-quality work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support client leads across multiple Private Equity funds.
• Collaborate with manager, team, and support functions to meet client expectations and deliverables on time.
• Apply understanding of limited partnership agreements to financial reporting, allocations, and compliance.
• Prepare and review journal entries, fee and interest calculations, investor notices, and waterfall models.
• Manage audits, year-end processes, onboarding new team members, and suggest improvements for efficiency.
