Job summary

IQ-EQ is looking for a finance professional to support private equity client leads, handling journal entries, fee and interest calculations, investor notices and waterfall models. You’ll work with a team to meet client expectations and deadlines.

Required a bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and 3+ years in private equity, with strong accounting knowledge and proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook and Word; Investran preferred. Hybrid schedule with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; GPA 3.0+ required.
• 3+ years of experience in Private Equity or related industry.
• Strong accounting knowledge with proficiency in common finance tools.

Responsibilities

• Support client leads across multiple Private Equity funds.
• Collaborate with manager, team and support functions to meet client deliverables on time.
• Apply understanding of limited partnership agreements to financial reporting, allocations and compliance.
• Prepare and review journal entries, fee and interest calculations, investor notices and waterfall models.
• Assist audits, year-end processes and onboarding of new team members; suggest operational improvements.
