Job summary

IQ-EQ is a leading Investor Services group delivering end-to-end administration, accounting, reporting, and regulatory services. You will support client leads across Private Equity funds, manage complex financial components, and oversee financial statements with auditors and tax teams during year-end.

You bring 15+ years of progressive experience in private equity or related accounting roles, possess a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and excel in mentoring and delivering accurate, timely results in a

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and technical accounting skills for private equity and fund administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams and mentoring juniors.

Responsibilities

• Support client leads across Private Equity funds ensuring deliverables align with agreements and expectations.
• Manage and review complex financial components: journal entries, investor allocations, capital calls/distributions, fees, carried interest, waterfalls.
• Oversee preparation and delivery of financial statements, disclosures, schedules, and investor notices; coordinate with auditors and tax teams.
• Assess and enhance operational processes; handle routine and ad-hoc client requests; prioritize deadlines.
• Train and mentor junior team members to maintain accuracy and timeliness.
