Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Associate-Consultant for the Strategy and Execution Tech Private Equity Value Creation practice in the US. You will perform data-driven analyses and develop actionable, data-backed recommendations across GTM, pricing, customer success, product, and operations, leading workstreams and collaborating with client teams.

You’ll work on PE-backed SaaS businesses within TMT, partnering with executives to drive growth and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months of related work experience.
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or operating roles with growth, go-to-market, or operational improvement.
• Strong proficiency in Excel modelling, PowerPoint storytelling and structured problem solving.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
• Experience developing client presentations and communicating insights effectively.
• Understanding financial statements and operational performance metrics.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• Role requires in-person client site or EY office work at least 60% of the time; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured, data-driven analysis to identify root causes and quantify opportunities using Excel and other tools.
• Drive structured analysis to identify root causes, quantify opportunities, and develop actionable, data-backed recommendations across go-to-market, pricing, customer success, product, and operations.
• Develop and test hypotheses to address complex business problems across go-to-market, pricing, customer success, product, and operations.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and contribute to presentations with increasing independence.
• Support Directors and Partners by preparing materials and insights for client meetings.
• Take ownership of discrete workstreams and begin to lead internal and client discussions with limited oversight.
• Collaborate with cross-functional client teams and EY-Parthenon colleagues to drive alignment and momentum.
