Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate on the Live Order Experience team in Merchant Strategy & Operations to lead analysis and execution of programs reducing missing and incorrect orders. You’ll analyze order-level data, size issues, and test merchant interventions, translating findings into actionable solutions that scale across millions of orders.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in strategy / business development / operations / technology / consulting or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• Analytical thinker capable of deriving actionable recommendations from complex datasets; SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategize: Build the strategy for new product features and initiatives, including target merchant segments and engagement.
• Analyze: Build models to evaluate value and opportunity costs of initiatives and define success with KPIs.
• Experiment: Use data-driven decision-making to test adoption and optimization.
• Influence: Collaborate cross-functionally with product, support, marketing, account management, finance, and analytics teams.
