Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in strategy / business development / operations / technology or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• Analytical thinker able to draw actionable insights from data; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Proven track record leading initiatives and delivering results in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Self-starter with curiosity, initiative, and a practical, action‑oriented mindset.
