Role Overview: A Senior Associate in the Advisory practice focuses on assessing and managing IT-related opportunities and risks during deal integration and separation processes.

• Key Responsibilities: Evaluate IT performance, develop improvement and expense reduction plans, facilitate IT integration or separation, support offshoring initiatives, renegotiate vendor contracts, and identify IT governance enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and contribute to final project deliverables.
• Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of three years of external consulting or relevant industry experience, with expertise in major IT projects such as ERP implementations, outsourcing, reengineering, or infrastructure upgrades. Proficiency in at least two technical disciplines like enterprise systems, IT architecture, post-merger integration, carve-outs, or offshoring. Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are essential. Ability to prioritize work and work collaboratively in a team environment.
