Qualifications

• Minimum of three years external consulting or relevant technology industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in significant IT projects such as ERP implementations, outsourcing, reengineering, or infrastructure upgrades.
• Technical expertise in enterprise systems, IT architecture, post-merger integration, carve-outs, process reengineering, offshoring, or outsourcing.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assessing IT performance and quantifying opportunities and risks during deal advisory integration and separation processes.
• Developing action plans and communicating findings effectively.
• Facilitating IT operations integration or separation from parent organizations.
• Managing offshoring of labor activities and supporting vendor contract renegotiations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Participating in developing and presenting project deliverables.
