The Auto Club Group (ACG) invites a seasoned General Counsel professional to provide strategic legal advice across multiple corporate disciplines. This role serves as the legal authority on complex matters, reviews contracts, and guides senior leadership on legal implications of decisions.

Hybrid work with occasional in-office requirements, reporting to the Office of the General Counsel. Requires a JD, Bar admission, and extensive industry experience in insurance, finance, or corporate law.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and active State Bar admission.
• Highly complex and strategic legal analysis across multiple core business areas.
• Ability to draft and review high-level strategic documents for senior management.
• Experience in general counsel or large corporate legal departments.

Responsabilités

• Provide the highest level of technical oversight and legal advice on complex corporate matters.
• Act as the legal authority in designated disciplines and review contracts and documents.
• Research, analyze, and advise senior management on legal implications of corporate decisions.
• Lead project teams and collaborate with business units to improve department performance.
