JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate to lead fintech M&A and partnership growth within Corporate Development & Partnerships.

You will drive Global Banking’s inorganic growth by evaluating and executing acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships across banking groups. The role requires 4+ years of deal-experience, strong modeling and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in investment banking, corporate development, fintech, strategy, or related field.
• End-to-end transaction execution experience (M&A, minority investments, partnerships, or capital markets-related transactions).
• Strong financial analysis and modeling; ability to translate complex topics into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of corporate development initiatives from diligence through execution and integration support.
• Conduct financial and strategic analyses to inform investment decisions.
• Monitor and report on acquisitions and investments; synthesize insights and recommend actions.
• Perform market research and fintech ecosystem analysis to identify trends and partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external counterparties as appropriate.
• Support partnership development, including deal structuring and negotiation support.
• Prepare written materials and presentations for senior stakeholders and investment memos.
