Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in investment banking, corporate development, fintech, strategy, or related field.
• Experience leading end-to-end transaction execution (M&A, minority investments, partnerships).
• Advanced financial analysis and modeling; present clear recommendations to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships and corporate development initiatives.
• Drive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and potential partners.
• Own financial and strategic analyses to inform investment decisions.
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead deal structuring, negotiation support, and alignment with policy and controls.
• Monitor performance of partnerships and investments; synthesize insights for action.
• Prepare materials for senior stakeholders and investment committee papers.
