Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology, consulting, strategy, investment banking, corporate development, or a related field.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Analytical, structured problem-solving approach with fintech focus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with partnership models and/or fintech coverage.

Responsibilities

• Support identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships and corporate development initiatives—from diligence through execution and integration.
• Perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners.
• Conduct financial and strategic analyses (e.g., business cases, valuation support, synergy assessment, risk/mitigant articulation).
• Prepare presentations for senior stakeholders with a high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with product, technology, controls, and legal to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
• Support negotiation and structuring of partnership agreements and deal terms, ensuring alignment with goals and compliance.
• Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships and investments; synthesize insights and recommend actions.
