Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate on the Corporate Development & Partnerships team to drive fintech M&A and partnership growth in New York. You will evaluate and execute acquisitions, minority investments, and strategic partnerships across Global Banking sectors.

Responsibilities include end-to-end deal execution support, financial modeling, market research, and preparing memos for senior leadership. Strong communication and multi-stream management are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, fintech, or related field.
• Experience supporting end-to-end transaction execution (M&A, minority investments, partnerships, capital markets).
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills and ability to deliver clear recommendations.
• Analytical, structured approach to problem solving and market assessment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of corporate development initiatives, including acquisitions and investments.
• Perform financial and strategic analyses to inform investment decisions.
• Monitor performance of acquired assets and partnerships; present insights and actions.
• Conduct market research and identify fintech trends and potential partners.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external counterparties as appropriate.
• Support deal structuring and negotiation in line with strategic objectives and controls.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior stakeholders.
