Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, fintech, strategy or related field.
• Experience supporting end-to-end transaction execution (M&A, minority investments, partnerships).
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills; translate complex topics into actionable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of corporate development initiatives from diligence through execution.
• Conduct financial and strategic analyses to inform investment decisions.
• Monitor and report on performance of acquisitions and investments; synthesize insights.
• Perform market research and fintech ecosystem analysis to identify opportunities.
• Prepare materials and presentations for senior stakeholders and investment committees.
• Support partnership development, including deal structuring and negotiation support.
