BDO USA, LLP, a leading national firm, seeks a Transaction Advisory Services professional in McLean, VA. You will prepare financial analyses, conduct due diligence, and engage with C-level executives to support strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes detailed modeling, data accuracy, and client relationship management within a fast-growing advisory practice. You will work with industry experts, contribute to proposals, and help identify business development opportunities while maintaining high

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or finance is required.
• MBA is preferred.
• 4+ years of public accounting experience required.
• 1+ year TAS experience preferred and interaction with C-level personnel encouraged.
• CPA, CPA candidate or CA is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong modeling skills required.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting; IFRS desirable.

Mansioni

• Prepare data books, reconcile statements, and generate analyses for due diligence reports.
• Analyze forecasts, historical earnings, assets and liabilities of target client.
• Conduct industry and company research and gather information from sources.
• Interview C-level personnel to support financial analyses and identify issues.
• Develop proposals and participate in presentations to pursue new clients.
• Manage information flow between BDO and target client; support BD efforts.
