GEICO is seeking an Associate Experience & Project Management Lead to drive strategic initiatives improving the associate experience. You will lead projects from planning through execution, partnering with HR, technology, and operations to deliver programs that boost engagement and organizational effectiveness.

The role requires strong project management, analytical rigor, and stakeholder management, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and sustaining improvements across the workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, associate experience, analytics, or HR programs.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, dashboards, and communications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
