Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Supervisor, Associate Relations to provide frontline leadership for a team of Associate Relations Advisors and Investigators. You will ensure consistent execution of processes, support complex case management, and coach the team to strengthen capability and policy-aligned resolution of workplace matters.

This role partners with HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, and leadership to ensure timely, fair outcomes while promoting governance, quality, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Employee/Associate Relations, HR, investigations or related field.
• 2+ years leading teams, projects, or functional groups.
• Experience handling employee relations matters and investigations.
• Strong coaching and development skills.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development for a team of Associate Relations Advisors and Investigators.
• Guide case management, escalation, and ensure policy-aligned decisions.
• Ensure case quality, documentation, and governance compliance.
• Oversee workflows, workloads, and performance metrics.
• Partner with HR, Legal, and Compliance to resolve workplace matters.
