GEICO is seeking a Manager, Strategic Programs to organize, project-manage, and drive key programs within GEICO Marketing. This hybrid role (3 days in office) reports to the Chief of Staff to the Chief Marketing Officer and partners with the Marketing Transformation team to enable culture, events, and talent development initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, coordinate large-scale programs, and shape the onboarding and mentorship initiatives while leveraging AI tools to improve

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing or organizational change/transformation, ideally with a focus on marketing.
• Experience planning and executing large-scale internal events or communications such as All Hands, Town Halls, or department-wide culture campaigns.
• Working comfort with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) for research, drafting, and data synthesis.
• Comfort operating cross-functionally without direct authority, influencing People Group, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing Leadership toward a shared plan.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Culture, Connection & Workplace Experience: Project-plan, develop content for, and help run Marketing Department All Hands and monthly Marketing Town Halls.
• Support hub-building across Chicago, Bethesda, and NYC with in-person culture and connection moments, in partnership with office leaders.
• Assist in setting a baseline and targets for Marketing ERG participation; drive engagement and report progress with leadership.
• Organize associate events in partnership with leaders and EAs; track participation and feedback.
• Contribute to analytics and action-plans from engagement surveys to improve the marketer experience.
