Qualifications

• Experience managing employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development for a team of Associate Relations Advisors and Investigators.
• Review complex, sensitive, or high‑risk cases and provide recommendations.
• Ensure cases are managed per governance and service standards.
• Monitor case progression and identify delays, risks, or quality concerns.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance to resolve workplace matters effectively.
