Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, HR, analytics, or related field.
7+ years of experience in project/program management, operations, or analytics.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data into business recommendations.
Experience developing executive-level presentations, dashboards, and communications.

Responsibilities
