• Manage and provide leadership to a small team of Communication Specialists.
• Establish processes to maximize collaboration and deliver results.
• Track and report progress of programs and campaigns.
• Generate ideas to meet business needs in new ways.
• Demonstrate understanding of GEICO’s business and industry.
