The role focuses on executive compensation matters in M&A, equity compensation design, and compliance with securities disclosure rules. The candidate should independently run deals and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

A JD from an ABA-accredited school and active U.S. bar membership are required.

• Significant experience in executive compensation and employee benefits related to M&A transactions.
• Ability to design and advise on all forms of equity compensation.
• Well-versed in securities disclosure rules governing executive compensation.
