Qualifications

• Experience in executive compensation, corporate, or tax matters is preferred.
• Adaptive to diverse matters including mergers & acquisitions, public offerings, and reporting obligations.
• Ability to train attorneys who have prior experience in related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Advise on EC matters in M&A, public offerings, and reporting obligations.
• Counsel companies across the business life cycle with focus on executive compensation.
• Coordinate with partners and clients to deliver strategic legal solutions.
