• Collaborate with corporate and other practice groups on high-value transactions.

• Familiarity with executive compensation and employee benefits issues arising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, IPOs, corporate restructurings, or other significant corporate events.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
