Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school and bar admission.
• Experience in employment-based immigration matters and corporate account management.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and supervise junior staff.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients and oversee a high volume of employment-based immigration cases.
• Prepare petitions and applications, assess eligibility, and analyze legal issues.
• Draft and review H-1B, L-1, TN petitions and PERM responses.
• Draft correspondence to agencies and respond to RFEs.
• Delegate and supervise junior associates and paralegal staff.
• Develop client industry expertise and manage client relationships.
