The attorney will serve as primary contact for corporate clients, review petitions prepared by paralegals, draft RFEs, and participate in client meetings and reviews. JD required and bar admission in any U.S.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in immigration law.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal and strategic point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
• Communicate case strategies, timelines, and government requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and immigration program reviews.
• Review employment-based immigration petitions and applications prepared by paralegals.
• Draft legal support letters and responses to RFEs.
• Lead regular client status calls, planning discussions, and escalations.
