Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Bar admission is required.
• Prior corporate account management experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and take on added responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a team and edit work of others.
• Meticulous attention to detail and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with immigration software.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients and oversee a high volume of employment-based immigration cases.
• Prepare immigration petitions and applications, assessing eligibility and analyzing legal issues.
• Draft and review H-1B, L-1, TN petitions, and PERM Labor Certification responses.
• Draft correspondence to administrative agencies and respond to requests for evidence.
• Delegate and supervise work of junior associates and paralegals.
• Develop efficient practice processes and manage client relationships.
