BCG Attorney Search in Pittsburgh, PA seeks an Immigration Attorney with 6+ years of experience to join their office, handling a variety of business immigration matters including H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, E's, O-1s, L-1s, and TNs. The role offers the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

The position emphasizes client service, supervision of junior staff, and opportunities to contribute to business development within a respected firm.

Qualifications

• Active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Substantial experience managing client work and liaising with client contacts.
• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
• High-level attention to detail.
• Ability to take initiative, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising junior associates, paralegals, and other support staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal and strategic point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
• Advise clients on business immigration strategy, workforce planning, and compliance considerations.
• Oversee and review matters prepared by associates and paralegals.
• Lead regular client status calls, planning discussions, and escalations.
• Manage and mentor associates, paralegals, and support staff assigned to client teams.
• Coordinate closely with firm members on client strategy, service delivery, and resource allocation.
• Identify process improvements and efficiencies within client immigration programs.
• Support business development efforts and contribute to long-term client relationships.
